The Witcher: Enhanced Edition is the ultimate version of the ultimate role-playing game. The Witcher,
which was released in October 2007, has won more than 90 awards and has sold more than 800,000 copies
worldwide, and The Witcher: Enhanced Edition brings the game even closer to perfection with a number
of technical and visual improvements jammed into the value-packed retail box. The enhancements
introduced in this version include more than 5000 lines of re-written and re-recorded dialogue, more

How to Install
You MAY allow the INTERNET DURING THE INSTALL
1. Download the 10/1GB links and extract. Your extract is DVD1 and DVD2
2. Mount DVD1 Image on your virtual drive and install. (mount the MDF file)
3. During the install, a pop up message about the textures01.bif does not match.
Click “ignore”. I have replacement file at the end of your install.
4. You have just finished the install of The Witcher.
5. Unmount DVD1, and mount DVD2.
6. You will now install the Upgrade to The Witcher Enhanced Edition.
7. “explore” your DVD2 image that your mounted and double click setup.
8. Allow the game access to the internet to register the game.
9. Continue with the install
10. During the upgrade to Enhanced Edition, you will get a window that says:
“modifying files, this may take up to 2 hours”. I waited 32 minutes on a older system.
11. Upgrade to Enhanced Edition is finished.
12. Next download the 1.5 game patch and install.
13. Download the textures01.bif that you ignored during the install. Replaced your game
installed textures01.bif at this location: click “yes” to replace.
C:\Program Files\The Witcher\Data/textures01.bif
13. Launch the game, you have upgraded to The Witcher Enhanced Edition.
Your install included the following: Blood Revival patch, The Adventures Side Effects, The Adventure The_Price_of_Neutrality. Enjoy!
